Blogging actually require a lot of stop-and-think process since it's basically open to the rest of the world and can go viral.
Talking about risks, my risk is being unable to communicate well for being incoherent. Your (readers') risk affecting me results from not reading my posts well. We both don't want that, do we? I think before I write, and I'm asking you to do that, too. Can't promise your safety if you put something rude or just plain annoying, like emotional outbursts.
I'm NOT a nuclear expert or a specialist in nuclear medicine. Everyday research and twitter feeds since March 11 disaster and nuclear accident has exposed me to a lot of information, including nuclear related issues and radiation. I'm still building my knowledge on those. This blog might give you some information I've accumulated in the past months, but you make your final decision. I'm not going to be responsible for anything for your trip to Japan.
